• Delivery Timeline: Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on location.
• Tracking Details: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to track your order.
• Courier Partners: Orders are shipped through reliable courier services for safe and timely delivery.
• Delivery Support: For any shipping queries, you can contact customer support for assistance.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Returns are not applicable on used items, opened products, free gifts, or promotional items.

Please note:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• A ₹200 return pickup/shipping fee will apply.

Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
